Manager/AVP - Media & Analyst Relations  Minimum of 14-years experience in corporate communications, or marketing communications roles in a large complex global organization (IT-services preferred) with some years of agency exposure and at least 5-years of leadership and supervisory experience   Role  - Engage with and act as key communications advisor to Leadership across business entities  - Works synergistically with Global Corporate Communications on messaging and approvals  - Creates and executes Media & Analyst Relations strategy for India geography operations, reflecting the business and people goals of the geography, and considering best use of new and existing communication practices and vehicles to enhance Image in India  - Oversee measurement of Media Relations efforts, and apply learnings to optimize strategy  - Lead team of senior Media Relations professionals   - Provide crisis communications advice and media strategy, as needed  - Foster strategic relationships across cities with key media and industry analysts and serve as a one of the key contact within the organisation for them  - Plans, manages and participates in the press interviews and collaborates with Spokespeople to develop interview strategies and specific messages prior to media briefings  - Directs effective and regular information dissemination to the press and industry analysts  - Works effectively with the PR agency in meeting our end-deliverables  - Builds knowledge of self and the PR agency’s client servicing team business, its competition and its industry  University degree or equivalent; Master’s degree in Mass Communications or Journalism preferred  YOU CAN REACH US AT : ma.talenttarget@gmail.com
