Manager/AVP - Liquidity Report - BFSI

- Demonstrate sound understanding of key Liquidity reports, specifically LCR/NSFR and EMR reports - FSA47/48/50/51/52/53/54

- Ability to multitask and manage accurate delivery of reports under strict timelines

- Independently handle sub part or entirety of reports (as applicable) with minimum supervision

- Demonstrate excellent partnership skills across various teams in Pune and onshore

- Good on soft skills, leadership skills, and overall team management managing the entire G&O to appraisal lifecycle

- Maintain and enhance key controls in the daily process and comply with firm and regulatory policies and procedures

- IT skills: Excellent MS office skills (Excel, Access in particular) and inter-personal skills

- Academic / Professional Qualification: Accounting, MBA, Maths post graduate and above

- Prior Experience: Banking background is preferred with prior working experience in Liquidity Reporting, Financial Reporting, Regulatory Reporting or Product Control
