Manager/AVP - Learning & Development - Investment Bank (8-13 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Facilitate Learning programs firm wide across levels from junior to middle management
- Facilitate customized interventions including New Hire - Lateral/Campus to Specific need based business requirements
- Design content for new & old Training Programs basis business requirement and feedback
- Lead & Execute special projects within specified deadlines
- Report out Program Feedback with thorough Analysis of trends & make recommendations
- Conduct, support & manage Firm wide events both in the Learning and Diversity space
- Manage Training Vendors to fulfill niche requirements along with legal contracts, requisition for materials & post-delivery pay out of invoices.
Key Skills :
Facilitation Skills with ability to facilitate Leadership Development workshops firm wide across levels
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Excellent verbal & written skills with ability to articulate quickly basis the context and situation
- High on judgment and decision making abilities
- Ability to design content & customize workshops basis business requirement
- Ability to offer creative solutions to existing or known problems
Exposure to working in matrix organizations having interactions with Global stakeholders :
- Training Certifications on any Tool / Program / Methodology
- Fluency in Hindi / Marathi and ability to train in Hindi /Marathi will be an added plus
