Manager - Assurance - Statutory Audit - Big4

Currently we're hiring for one of our reputed clients (One of the Big 4's). Candidate should be a qualified CA (Not more than 3 attempts) having 5+ years of post qualification exp in statutory audit.

At least 2 years of stint in a Big 4 is must. Strong exposure in auditing manufacturing, retail or pharmaceutical/telecom industries will be preferred.

Job description:

1. Should be able to manage good relationships with clients/top management.

2.Provides a perspective to clients on trends and emerging practices in the local and global market in relation to client’s operations.

3.Lead preparation of high quality proposals including developing the fees/entry strategy

4.Balances multiple priorities by considering risk, importance, level of urgency, political impacts and other linkages.

5.Leadership & Team work- Creates a climate of high performance in the team, promotes a good understanding of his team’s goals and contribution

6.Counseling and people development- Proactively provides guidance on development of technical, interpersonal and soft skills to improve competence of the team members and counselees
