Manager/Associate Manager - Accounts & Finance - CA - BFSI/Consulting

We are urgently looking for Associate Manager/ Manager- Accounts & Finance for two locations Delhi NCR & Bangalore.

Job Description :

Position : Associate Manager/ Manager- Finance & Accounts

The candidate shall have to :

- Handle accounting team of 10 -15 persons

- Responsible for authorizing all day to day accounting transactions and ensuring keeping of up to day accounting books in ERP or Tally

- Compliance of all statutory requirements like TDS, VAT, Service Tax and other applicable taxes.

- Timely Reporting of monthly financials as per Indian GAAP, US GAAP and IFRS.

- Providing solution to day to day issues faced by accounts team

- Budgeting and forecasting

- Fund Management

- Responsible for cash flow preparation and variation analyses along with expense variation

- Co-ordination with Banks, Internal Audit team and Statutory Auditors

- Implementing effective controls and processes in accounts team.

Skills and Specifications :

- The candidate should have excellent knowledge of Accounting and taxation

- Good working experience in working in of Tally and ERP

- The candidate should have strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel.

- The candidate should have the quality of team working skills.

- The candidate should possess good communications skills both oral and written

- The candidate should have ability to work well under pressure.

Education and Qualification :

- The candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

- The candidate should have 4-8 years of post- qualification experience in handling Finance & Accounts function in Industry preferably retail or eCommerce Industry/Service Industry.
