Manager/Assistant Vice President - Human Resources - Banking - IIM/XLRI/TISS (4-8 yrs)

We are looking for a HR Manager from one of the Premier Institutes [XLRI, TISS etc] for a Banking client based in Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for part of the Wholesale Banking business, including performance management, manpower planning, talent acquisition, development planning, org diagnostic surveys and results management, talent management and year end compensation planning.

- The face of HR for the Business, from front line employees to business leaders.

Talent Acquisition : Responsible for all the recruitment (campus and lateral) and onboarding new joinees with induction sessions / trainings/ one-on-one meetings.

Performance Management : End to end responsibility of performance management process for Bank employees including carrying out performance appraisals for the employees in discussion with the line managers and senior management, handling post PMS queries and grievances.

Talent Management : End to end responsibility for Talent Management Process, including conducting Leadership Potential Assessment panels to build leadership-pipeline for future requirements of the organization and conducting Behavioural Event Interviews for assessment of leadership potential.

- Conducting periodic attrition analyses for the target business unit to understand and help overcome any talent-related challenges faced

- Manage and prepare strategic presentations to senior leadership on various aspects of the Human Resources domain

Key Requirements :

- MBA - HR from XLRI, TISS or other premier institutes

- Experience of having managed above responsibilities

- Exceptional interpersonal and Presentation skills

- Ability to work in a highly performance oriented organisation
