- Implement Internal and Client specific program strategy  - Provide Inputs towards location strategies for implementation of overall BCP and DR approach  - Implement customer specific strategies including working with customers to conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA)  - Facilitate identification, training and updating of all internal BCP and Recovery Teams  - Coordinate execution of plans in the event of a crisis.  - Assist in reviewing individual client plans  - Review exposures within existing client contracts  - Work with BCM team to ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for BCM is up to date  - Assist in ensuring that all processes have a clear understanding of concepts of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery  - Work closely with the Technology and Administration departments to ensure proactive measures are deployed for better resilience  - Interaction with Vendors and Civic Authorities as may be appropriate  - Work with the stake holder to ensure compliance towards Incident Management  Experience / Qualifications:   Certification in Business Continuity Domain  Graduate   5-10 years of working experience preferably in the BPO operations environment. Experience in maintaining rigorous test schedules and audit requirements, Ability to work with senior management to design and implement strategy, Experience in Direct customer liaison
