Asst. Manager- Human Resource / Manager - Human Resource

Location:

Bangalore

The Role :

Planning and Support for Information Technology Hardware and Software within the company.

Desired Qualification:

Any Graduate / Post Graduate with Human Resource Functional experience

Desired Experience:

8-12 years- experience in Human Resource functions relating to Recruitments, Human Resource process creation / management, Team Building/ engagement, Performance Management and Staff Training in a mid-sized company.

Salary:

Commensurate with Experience.

Skills Required:

Very good communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Very good team player (Positive & easy going) capable of bonding with the team and managing the team building and team engagement activities.

Extensive knowledge and experience in Technical and Sales Hiring.

Human Resources Management.

Employee Training Planning and Implementation.

Employee Benefits Administration and Review.

Annual Performance and Compensation Management.

Knowledge about the Statutory and Local Labour Laws.

Management Reporting.

Politeness, soft skills, behavioural skills for handling the team (Sometimes cross-cultural, mingling with other regional counterparts/country (HK/JPN/UK/USA)).

Job Role/ Job Description:

Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets the management information needs.

Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems and programs.

Interact with various department heads / managers to identify staff vacancies, recruit, arrange interview and select applicants.

Manage employee on-boarding, development, needs assessment and training.

Responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals.

Strategies for employee retention, development and engagement.

Plan and Organise employee engagement and team building activities.

Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.

Analyse and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.

Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.

Prepare and follow budgets for personnel operations.
