Assistant Manager - Finance   Reports into Manager - Finance  Job Responsibilities:  - Support for smooth implementation and maintenance of Global accounting system for the Indian company and the associated entities in Singapore and Hong Kong. Liaison with global finance & accounting team.  - Support in preparing monthly closing reports like Trial balance and financial statements.  - Assist in preparing MIS from the accounting package  - Responsible for all accounting/ data entries in the system   - Review of all office & other kinds of imprest to make sure it's reconciled properly on monthly basis   - Reconciling/ verifying the debit notes (client invoices) raised before they are sent out to the clients  - Support in preparing statutory compliance like filing of TDS on time, TDS return, Service tax return  - Support in preparing the reports for management for their review like Working capital recon, Cash flow forecast and planning  - Reconciliation of all expenses reports including advances and imprests  - Prepare reports for Govt authorities like replies for Income tax, Service tax and withholding tax assessments.  - Supervising employees payroll along with verification of supporting documents   - Ensure payment to suppliers/ vendors and reporting on timely basis.  - Assist in preparing Annual budget for the year   - Assist in US financial year closing process along with all the eliminating entries and inter-company accounts  Required qualifications and skills  - CA( qualified)   - 2-4 years of experience in finance (post CA qualification), preferably from an MNC, having dealt with different tax systems and financial norms of different countries  - Working Indian accounting knowledge, working knowledge of taxation and statutory compliance (Eg service tax, ROC, tax returns etc)  - Go-getter attitude   - Strong financial terms and accounting understanding   - Good written and verbal communication skills  - Good interpersonal skills  - Service Orientation   - Efficient at multi-tasking  - IT Savvy - Well versed with automated systems  Other Information:  Based out of Noida office, with frequent travels required to Gurgaon office.  Manager - Finance   Reports into CFO  Job Responsibilities:  - Responsible for smooth implementation and maintenance of Global accounting system for the Indian company and the associated entities in Singapore and Hong Kong. Liaison with global finance & accounting team.  - Prepare monthly closing reports like Trial balance and financial statements.  - Assist in preparing MIS from the accounting package  - Take care of all statutory compliance like filing of TDS on time, TDS return, Service tax return  - Responsible for Utilization (time sheet) system and reporting, follow up with staff to fill in utilization on time and proper escalation in the form of reporting to Leadership Team  - Prepare the reports for management for their review like Working capital recon, Cash flow forecast and planning  - Prepare reports for Govt authorities like replies for Income tax, Service tax and withholding tax assessments.  - Capable of liaison with government officials directly with minimal supervision  - Strengthening and implementing SOP's and their documentation  - Responsible for end to end Vendor Management process  - Ensure payment to suppliers with prudent cash flow management and reporting.  - Responsible for Annual budget processing for the year by getting timely data from stakeholders and working with them.  - Responsible for US financial year closing process along with all the eliminating entries and inter-company accounts  - Responsible of Transfer pricing calculation and audit, to be updated on quarterly basis   - Regular interactions with Group CFO to provide him required data, to address his queries   Required qualifications and skills:  - CA( qualified)   - 6-7 years of experience in finance (post CA qualification), preferably from an MNC, having dealt with different tax systems and financial norms of different countries  - Working Indian accounting knowledge, working knowledge of taxation and statutory compliance (eg service tax, ROC, tax returns etc)  - Capable of leading few initiatives independently   - Go-getter attitude  - Strong financial terms and accounting understanding   - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Fluent English is a must  - Excellent interpersonal skills  - Service Orientation   - Efficient at multi-tasking  - IT Savvy - Well versed with automated systems  Other Information:  Based out of Noida office, with frequent travels required to Gurgaon office.
