Job Responsibilities:

- Preparation of Monthly MIS : To know financial position and profitability of company and critical information on monthly basis.

- Monthly and Annually Stock Valuation and Consumption calculation : To know the blockage of working capital and to provide stock for monthly financial

- Supervision of Metal Accounting and Metal Vendor Reconciliation : Since Metal RM consist 70% of the total cost of P&L , We ensure the proper accounting (all DN/CN of pricing, Discounts and Interest component) on monthly basis.

- Insurance Renewal and claim handling : To cover risk of the company, and prompt settlement of the claim.

- Budget and Business Plan Preparation : Preparation of Budget and Business plan and tracking the Budget on Monthly basis.

- Audit : Templates, Assisting Audit activity, Ledger scrutiny.-- we have to submit the annual financial statement to various agencies, timely completeness of this will enhance our credit worthiness.

- System and Process Improvement : for more automation

Skills And Knowledge:

- MS Office Proficiency.

- Knowledge of ERP.

- Working knowledge of Accounting Standard, Income Tax, Service Tax etc.

- Revised Schedule VI of companies act.

- Knowledge of Commodity Pricing and accounting.

- Good communication skills.

- Co ordination among team member and with other department.

- Analytical skills.
