Ours is a team of talented engineers (IIT/ BITS Pilani) who are tirelessly working towards building an alternate lending platform. Modernizing the outlook on data science, we harness consumer insights from over 10,000 data points to validate the identity and creditworthiness of consumers for accurate real - time underwriting decisions. Our clients include leading NBFCs of India and we are backed by well known investors.

Responsibility :

- Manage analytics requirements of organization. This will include working on unorthodox data sources like social media & mobile and other traditional data sources like liabilities banking information & credit bureau information.

- Using these set of data to develop risk models, dashboards, identifying important metrics / variables, customer segmentation, clustering, network graph, affinity models, propensity models, lifestyle curves, fraud prediction engine

Ideal candidate profile :

Educational Qualifications : MBA / M.Sc. Statistics / M.Sc Economics / M.Sc. Maths

Relevant Work Experience : 4-6 years

Strong working knowledge of analytics in at least two of following fields :

- Credit risk analytics for a bank

- Credit bureau analytics

- Liabilities data analytics

- Credit card / consumer durable loans analytics

- Fraud Analytics

- Strong working knowledge of linear regression / logistic regression / CHAID / CART / clustering / market basket analysis / nearest neighbour / random forests

- Expertise in working on R or Python is must

- Excellent soft skills to communicate and present analytics findings in really easy to understand manner
