Job Description :
Position : Analytics Manager.
Years of Experience : 4 - 7 years.
Skills required :
- Strong Data Analytics experience.
- Strong hands on experience on SQL and MS Excel.
- Experience in analyzing data with strong statistical, quantitative modeling, and forecasting skills.
- Must have supply chain domain experience.
- Must have team management experience.
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
Key responsibilities :
- Responsible for monitoring key success metrics, identifying problem areas and business challenges and collaboratively shaping solutions with the product management team.
- Familiarize with the data structures and data flows, extracting actionable insights from data and help business leaders leverage the data to improve business processes, make better decisions.
- Publish weekly metrics reports in order for business teams to take proactive actions to improve customer experience.
- Actively training and/or development of other new Business Analysts in the team.
Qualification : Bachelors / Masters degree from top tier B schools / IITs / NITs.
