Manager Analytics -- MNC Shared Services Organisation

Responsible for contributing to the development including deployment of Companies Analytic solutions and services for Marketing and Customer Development (Sales) across.

Responsible for Solution development include providing Analytics expertise in collaboration with IT and COE, while solutions deployment will include being part of migration teams to transfer analytic-related tasks from subsidiaries or business partners to Companies Business Center regarding external Data Management, diagnostic reporting and deep dive analysis.

Responsible to support on the ground activities in Companies subsidiaries and hubs.

Responsible to address queries of business stakeholders, internal IT partners and external strategic business partners.

Must be an analytic thinker with the ability to work with large data sets, detail-oriented, problem solver, collaborative and customer-oriented

Responsible for Consumer Segmentation, Data interpretation & visualization

Responsible for Retail Measurement Services / POS/ Consumer Panel / Household Panel data

Responsible for syndicated market data (collected from third party), Point of Sales, etc.

Candidate Requirement :

8-10 years of experience

Bachelor of Sciences, Technology, Statistics or related

Master's in Business or Analytics related (preferred)

Experience with Analytic Tools - Like Answer Desktop is a tool, excel & Power Point mandatory

Relocation candidates can apply

Currently in any - "FMCG / Consumer Goods / Pharma Industry" into Primary / Secondary Data Integration preferred
