Job Description - The Role involves the following four Broad Concepts:

- Leadership Work closely with the Analytics Practice and Firm leadership to grow the practice

- Mentor, Coach and Train a team of motivated consultants to come up the curve and develop their careers

- Project Delivery and Management Structure the approach and deliverables for multiple analytics engagements simultaneously

- Manage communication and project delivery between the India and International teams (US, Europe, and Asia)

- Manage client expectations, presentations and act as subject matter expert on analytics discussions

- Responsible for evaluating the methodology and output from the team

- Intellectual Property and Firm Development Contribute to Research, White Papers, Patents and Blogs and other Intellectual Property activity

- Develop Practice point-of-view on emerging issues and challenges in the areas of business analytics across industries

- Lead recruitment efforts in India; lead campus and off-campus branding efforts in India

- Business Development Engage with International clients and adapt to different market maturity stages and business needs

- Active contribution to business development and supporting pre-sales activities

- Help Partners/Directors across the firm in selling analytics projects by acting as a subject matter expert on business development initiatives

- Act as the 'Face of the Firm' in Industry Seminars, and Symposiums

The Successful Candidate - As the Successful Applicant, you will:

- Be Degree Qualified from a Top Tier Institute. Masters in Statistics/MBA/MPhil preferred

- Have 8+ Years of relevant experience in Consulting and Analytics environments

- Demonstrate strong Leadership and Team management skills, be Passionate about building teams

- Possess experience in engaging with international clients in an onsite-offshore environment

- Come with excellent academic and professional pedigree

- Be exposed to advanced analytics methodologies such as Regression (Linear, Logistic, etc.), Cluster Analysis, CART/CHAID, etcetera;

- Have good knowledge of statistical data analysis software like SAS/SPSS

- A record of contributions in firm and knowledge building activities such as recruitment, intellectual capital development, staffing, marketing, branding

- Have a flair for Sales and Business Development activities
