Manager - Analytics - BPO

Primary Responsibilities:

- Drive the creation and delivery of analytics based cutting edge capabilities primarily for the Insurance vertical

- Be the visionary and set the direction for the analytics practice for this verticals

- Be the leading advocate on how analytics can be used to guide decision making for clients

- Generate thought leadership

- Build Internal Protocols and reusable assets

- Identify, forge and manage key alliances

- Work proactively with the sales team to sell these capabilities

- Work with the marketing team to market these capabilities

Prior experience:

Hands on experience in:

- Understanding business use cases and developing analytics based solutions for the same

- Using analytics to drive insights through modeling, experimental design, predictive analysis, optimization, simulation etc

- Using advanced techniques like predictive modeling, statistical modeling, optimization, simulation etc to solve business problems

- Analytical/statistical tools like SAS, SPSS etc

- Creating and testing proofs-of-concept (PoCs), scoping a prospective opportunity and creating beach heads

- Working with US and European clients

First preference for location is Chennai or Bangalore. Second preference is Pune.
