Manager/Analyst - Consulting - Energy

Job Description -

1. Post-MBA relevant consulting experience of 4 to 8 years of is required. Minimal pre-MBA experience is acceptable (say 1 year). Post-MBA experience should be predominantly with reputed consulting firms

2. Should have pre-dominantly worked in power sector. Moderate experience in Oil & gas and mining is acceptable.

3. Expertise in financial modeling and have handled financial modeling for projects in bid advisory/ bid modelling (Case I & Case II bidding, solar bidding, coal bidding), financial appraisals, commercial & financial due diligence, investment planning & business planning for entry strategy.

4. Bid advisory from bidder side, bid process management (RFP & RFQ preparation) under competitive guidelines for generation and transmission projects, Power Purchase Agreements (PPA). Minimal/moderate regulatory assignments is acceptable, but candidates having entirely regulatory/tariff experience not preferable.
