1. POSITION VACANT: Manager (Analysis and Institutional Integration), Transform India Rural Foundation, New Delhi

2. ORGANIZATION BACKGROUND:

A respected, non-profit, and client of Strategic Alliance Management Services P Ltd. (SAMS), Transform Rural India Foundation (TRIF) wishes to recruit a Manager (Analysis and Institutional Integration) to manage institutional processes for management integration among partners, internal teams and grant management.

TRIF has constituted a collaborative platform of leading civil society and other stakeholders, to bring about lasting change in villages.

TRIF is triggering a planned time bound multi-stakeholder effort to bring about a paradigm change on key indicators making rural life as one of co-equal opportunity. The overarching objective is to accelerate national aspiration for the rural poor in India to live a life of dignity. This collaborative platform seeks to converge geography and thematic sector overlays around prosperity, health & nutrition, education, safe drinking water, sanitation, gender justice. The platform has partnerships with state governments, corporate, civil society groups and thematic resource organisations and all actors interested in Transforming Rural India. It tasks itself of freeing poorest villages in east-central India from stagnation, indifference and isolation facilitating conditions for communities- to take control of their destinies.

3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Manager (Analysis and Institutional Integration) shall be responsible to support the top Management Team with holding the core institutional management functions and provide analytical inputs around key execution strategies. He/ she shall be deeply engaging with stake-holders in building the development eco-system.

TRIF is looking for candidates having strong management background, with experience around business development, government engagement, donor/multi-lateral experience and is interested to be a part of a large national initiative aimed at making a lasting difference to our society.

Key Job Responsibilities:

(A) Manage Institutional Integration Processes

(1) Work closely with Management Leadership to anchor the key partnership forums;

(2) Manage all institutional grants;

(3) Work closely with Management Leadership to source new partnerships;

(4) Conduct research and analysis of development trends and opportunities;

(5) Create inventory of relevant resource material around TRI action agenda;

(6) Ensure participation in relevant knowledge fundraising platforms.

(B) Lead TRI Communication Outreach

(1) Lead and manage TRI Corporate Communications;

(2) Develop materials, presentations, organizing stakeholder events and meetings to present the TRI idea;

(3) Manage the web portal and social media strategy;

(4) Develop and implement systems and processes to institutionalize communication processes.

4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Qualification:

The applicant should be a Management Graduate or equivalent from a reputed institute.

Experience:

Applicants must have five years of relevant experience in a competitive market environment with focus on information management and business intelligence.

Skills and Attributes:

(1) Demonstrated leadership qualities to succeed in the entrepreneurial role, as well as some relevant experience with communications strategy and business/research analysis;

(2) Ability to work independently to structure complex problems, develop hypotheses and support recommendations with data/ analysis;

(3) Strong management and problem solving capabilities;

(4) Exceptional communication skills both spoken and written;

(5) Comfortable travelling to rural/ remote locations;

(6) Demonstrated interest in the development sector.

5. COMPENSATION OFFERED:

Gross compensation for the position is attractive. The offer made to the selected candidate shall be commensurate with qualification, experience and salary history.
