Manager/AM HR and Talent Acquisition (Non-IT)

Primary responsibility will be to manage the Talent Acquisition end to end, recruitment cost effectively and attract great talent for an e-Commerce company

Scope Of Responsibility :

- Responsible for TA function, PAN India

- Ensuring TA process and compliance

- Management of Recruitment Partners/Vendors

Essential Functions :

End to End Talent Acquisition (PAN India) :

- Support Business Managers on their resource requirements mostly by employee references, Job portals, empaneled manpower vendors and candidate references

- High end critical, internal/ outsourced/ direct/ contract to hire, ad-hoc and JIT requirements

- Manage hiring process, process job applications, screen applications, interview process & shortlist

- Close critical requirements within a stipulated period of time for senior level management, middle and junior positions

- To ensure timely completion of the appointment letters, reference checks, creation of employment records, maintenance of the personal files, support the HR operations team

- Ensure On-boarding of new employees smoothly

- To Prepare & maintain the various recruitment reports Recruitment dashboards and analysis

- Ensure support to general HR Administration and activities

- HR Audits, Dashboard management

- Individual contributor role which includes leadership hiring

Additional Responsibilities :

Will be involved in :

- Experience in talent acquisition strategies & planning, budgeting

- Designed, developed and implemented Talent Acquisition Process Manuals & Online Systems integrating Resource Request to Application Tracking System for governance.

- Experience in working closely with the leadership team including business leaders, partners and directors across the location

- Strong understanding of processes, metrics and QTC model (Quality hire in required Time at low Cost)

- Experience in working closely with corporate communication in promotional & advertising plans for lateral and bulk hire

- Recruitment Budget- Bring about cost effectiveness in the recruitment area regularly.

Job Requirement :

- Experience of 5+ yrs. in Non- IT recruitment with Talent Acquisition being 70% of the KRA. Should understand requirement from e-Commerce perspective.

- MBA/ PG Diploma in HR.

- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Office and Systems

- Proficiency in HR functions and all related interventions

- High level of proactive approach

- Good networking skills with teams

- Should be a Team Player
