Manager – Agro Distribution for the Leading Business House in Tanzania

Location:- Tanzania

Exp:-4+ Years

Qualification -

Graduate (Agri background preferred)

Post Graduate – MBA/PGDM preferred

Responsibilities:

- Prepare Annual Sales Plans (including sales revenue, gross profit margins, expenses plan, promotional activities, etc)

- Develop a Dealership Network and Key Accounts for agro distribution including fertilizers, chemicals & agro-equipment

- Hands-on role in supervising the sales force to achieve periodic targets (agreed revenue & gross trading margin deliverables)

- Identify suitable agro products, liaise with the bulk manufacturers for sourcing & coordinate the registration of new formulations

- Project, track & disseminate MIS& other market reports to stakeholders

Job Purpose:-

This position is responsible for marketing, sales & distribution of Agro Inputs in Tanzania and for business development in other markets subsequently
