Position Title : Head - Legal & CS  Designation : Manager/ AGM  Department: Legal & Secretarial  Grade : M4/ M3 Unit TSPL   Location : Bhatinda, Mansa District, Punjab  Educational Qualifications : LLB & CS  Relevant Experience : 10-15 yrs   Skills / Competency Requirements :   - In depth knowledge of legal and secretarial functions   - Excellent in Communication   - Understanding of UK and US laws and regulations applicable   - Business Acumen   - Experience of handling L&S function of entity worth Rs. 1000 (or above)  - In depth knowledge of commercial contracts and agreements   Key Responsibilities / Deliverables :   - Taking care of Secretarial records   - Manage statutory compliance with respect to various laws including USFCPA, UKBA etc.   - To prepare, maintain and submit statutory returns/ records of the Company   - To liaison with consultants/ experts counsels for handling various legal cases/opinion   - To handle compliances with statutory authorities   - Replying to all legal notices and filing of petitions   - Preparation of Board meeting agenda and minutes of Board & Audit committee meetings.
