The person will be responsible for creating marketing and communication plans for merchants/ affiliates of client in India.   - He/ She will create and execute communication campaigns, build & strengthen the brand's merchant value proposition (MVP) over a period of time. He/ She will also create and execute loyalty programs for customers and merchants.   - The person is expected to be close to the market, understand the needs of the merchants and consumers to design and execute innovative plans.  Reports to : VP Marketing   Title : Manager, Individual Contributor   Area of responsibilities : National  Work Location : Mumbai, Andheri  - Marketing & business teams of large & medium sized affiliates; communication agencies, Marketing/ Affiliations teams within the Organization  Mission : Drive Affiliate Marketing & loyalty for Client in India  Experience :  - The person should have at least 4-7 years experience in Marketing  - Experience in the B2B service industry in a marketing role would be an added advantage  - It's mandatory to have good analytical skills   - The person should have good interpersonal skills and should be able to work with cross functional teams  - Understanding of the retail environment in India is a must for this role  - Experience in Digital marketing is necessary  Key Role & Responsibilities :  - Build and communicate the MVP for client in India  - Run Business Analytics on merchants and derive actionable insights  - Conceptualizing & run a merchant loyalty program  - Analyse needs of merchants and design communication programs  - Work with the sales & affiliate teams to drive business growth  Generic Skills & Knowledge :  - Excellent communication and presentation skills  - High Proficiency in MS office and dealing with communication agencies  - High Proficiency in Digital & social media  - Good command over English language
