Manager - Administration - Security Firm (4-10 yrs)
We have an urgent requirement with a Top Security Industry for the position of Manager Administration
Job Location : Gurgaon
Work Experience : Min 4 years of handling administration responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
Administration Management :
- Gather and analyses administration and facility requirement office space, furniture, office supplies, annual maintenance contracts etc
- Identify vendors, get quotes, check vendor credentials and conduct negotiations as per process
- Manage petty expenses and coordinate with finance department for payment
- Manage local travel management for all employees at HO/hub location (travel bookings, logistics management etc.)
- Prepare relevant MIS and reports related to administration
Inventory Management :
- Identify inventory requirement
- Analyze past data of consumption and plan reorder schedule basis trend
- Plan for storage and distribution of items as per requirement and authorization process
- Conduct periodic count of inventory for reconciliation
