Outside the company:Consulting Actuaries & Subject Matter experts
Person Specifications:
Education Essential: Graduation in any stream. Should be a member of the Actuarial profession (enrolled to complete actuarial studies at least)
Desirable: Masters/BE/B Tech
Work Qualifications Essential: Should have successfully cleared 5 to 10 actuarial papers
Desirable: Should have cleared CT1,CT4,CT8,CT6
Experience Essential: 5-7 years of relevant experience in the areas on P&C actuarial valuation/pricing.Should have some prior people management experience.
Knowledge Essential: knowledge of insurance domain

- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Ability to manage difficult and multiple clients

- Good analytical abilities
