As a part of their Actuarial department they are looking to identify Manager-Actuarial.  Would you be keen for a role where your responsibilities include-   - Compile statistical data and other pertinent information for further analysis  - Undertake numerical analysis and manipulation using a range of systems and actuarial tools (RAFM, Prophet etc.)  - Provide support and guidance to more junior members of the team in a range of project work as and when required  - Support various business development opportunities like lead generation, understanding stakeholder requirements, proposal building presentation, negotiation and engagement closures  - Performance Management - Follow and contribute to the recognized Performance Management process  - Compliance - Ensure understanding and adherence to company's Code of Conduct and, where appropriate, comply with all relevant regulatory policies  - Financial Controls - Ensure all expenditure commitments (orders, contracts, budgets etc) and all payments are properly authorized, controlled and monitored  Are you someone with-   - 8 - 10 years of relevant Actuarial experience   - Fellow of the Faculty or Institute of Actuaries or the Institute of Actuaries of India  - Strong understanding of the Financial Services industry and regulatory environment  - Experience of financial reporting and actuarial modeling for a Life Assurance company  - Excellent knowledge insurance industry related products  - Ability to plan and prioritize own and team's workload  - Ability to take decisions independently and overcome obstacles to completion  - Strong Stakeholder management skills  What's in for you-   - A Meritocratic culture with clear career progression.  - International Multicultural work environment in the heart of the financial capital of the country.   If you think this role will add value to your career, kindly write me an email along with your updated CV for a confidential discussion on the role.
