Job Mandate   The role would be responsible for managing the product life cycle including product design, development, positioning, launch and maintenance to ensure best-in-class customer experience for Mifi.  Key Responsibilities  Product Lifecycle Management  - Product Design and Development  - Define Product vision and value propositions  - Create the product roadmap and ensure buy-in from all stakeholders  - Develop Mifi product specifications  - Work with suppliers to develop the product  - Product Go-to-Market Strategy  - Execute and monitor all product launches/changes throughout implementation  - Product Maintenance  - Pre-empt potential problems and provide effective solutions to support new products or product changes that have been made  Customer Service Excellence  - Identify existing & latent customer need for enhancement of services  - Develop new features and functionalities to enhance customer experience  - Support resolution of issues that customers may face in the product  P&L and Product Performance reporting  - Ensure achievement of product P&L targets  - Ensure preparation of product dashboards to track product performance  Develop Product Manuals  - Develop clear and easy-to-use product manuals  People Management  - Ensure building of a high-performing and skilled product team  Note: Person who are currently working with any Telecom Operator can only apply this position.
