Manager - Accounts Payable - FMCG - CA (5-8 yrs)
We are looking for Manager accounts payable for MNC FMCG company
WE ARE LOOKING FOR CA 2006-2009 BATCHES WITH STRONG ACCOUNTING AND PAYABLE EXPERIENCE.
- Manage and develop team members’ skill profile to increase performance
- Own team members’ career and development planning
- Manage outsourced AP service provider in line with SLA’s and business metrics
- Good understanding of Financial policies, Financial statements, US GAAP accounting, Local statutory requirements and bridging to US GAAP, closing procedures and balance sheet reconciliation procedures
- Strong understanding of importance of internal controls (accounting as well as non-accounting), SOX requirements, and external audit requirements
- Strong process flow analysis and process integration skills (operations/finance/procurement/etc.) regarding strategies, processes and value added initiatives
- Strong SAP knowledge primarily in the Financial and Material Management modules
