Leading E-Commerce Company  Essential Duties :  - Ensure processing of all accounts payable vendor and exception transactions in conjunction with accounting standards and internal control processes in accounting department.  - Maintain vendor records in accordance with company standards. Obtain W9 forms as necessary. Work with vendors, approvers, or other internal escalation contacts to address issues.  - Accounting specialist will perform reconciliations, and resolve items in processing issue queues and on issue reports.  - Review vendor statements and fully resolve issues.  - Participate in special projects and provide back up support for other accounts payable specialist roles, as assigned.   - Prepare journal entries and maintain account reconciliations as part of the monthly close process, including:a. Accounts payable accrualb. Prepaid expensesc. Deposits d. Other balance sheet accounts  - Track and analyze expenses; monitor account balances to ensure accuracy.Monitor and review monthly health center petty cash reconciliations.  Education: Graduation & CA Qualified
