Our client is a trailblazer in the beverage industry and has shaken the market with its range of traditional Indian drinks. Founded by former Coca-Cola India managers, the company is one of the fastest growing brands in the FMCG space.

With production at two sites in the country, the company has the capacity to produce 10 million single-serving packs a day. With about 900 employees, their products are now available in foreign markets too in countries like America, Britain, France, Canada, Australia, Netherlands, the UAE and Malaysia.

As Manager - Accounts Payables,you will make sure that your team quickly and adequately performs their duties, which will involve paying bills for the company as well as receiving and processing payments from clients. In addition, you will maintain the system that pays the company's employees. The other key responsibilities will include:

- Manage all account payable tasks, including disbursement and customer vendor relations

- Handle all issues related to task in the organization

- Liaise with other members of staff across various departments and also with the legal team of the organization in the course of performing assigned duties

- Manage various factions related to accounting, like project accounting, accounts receivable

- Perform accounts payable and general ledger maintenance

- Ensure timeliness and accuracy in service delivery

- Design, implement, and also maintain various systems to improve on service dispensation

- Develop and enforce adherence by other members of staff to policies and procedures of the company towards improving on service delivery

- Manage the periodic financial record of the organization

- Provide periodic information regarding financial status of the firm to ensure that the financial statements of the organization are accurate and easily understood by members of staff

- Provide assistance to the operation staff and project managers regarding accounting, when such assistances are needed

- Provide required response to all financial concerns and questions when such questions are posed by vendors and other concerned members of staff

Candidate Profile:

- Relevant experience of 2-3 years in working with modern trade customers

- Experience in other FMCG companies preferable

- Good communication skills

- Knowledge of Microsoft Navision would be a bonus

- Knowledge of ERP and MS Excel

- Knowledge of sales transaction (sales order, PO, invoice, credit memo, debit notes, collection, manufacturing accounting, calculating gross margins, costings, and payments )
