Manager - Accounts & Finance - CA - Real Estate (5-10 yrs)
Opportunity for Manager Accounts & Finance in a MNC (Real estate Industry). we are looking out for a candidates from real estate industry only who has good exposure on completely Accounts & Finance.
Location: Mumbai - Fort.
Education: CA
Experience: 5-6 years of work experience, preferably from real Estate industry
Necessary skill sets:
- Strong understanding of Accounting Standards
- Hands-on knowledge & experience of accounting in real estate
- Knowledge of taxation regarding construction Industry; VAT, Service Tax
- Excellent working knowledge of SAP/FICO and MS Excel
- Self Starter & Analytical mindset
Responsibilities:
- To ensure complete and accurate accounting across all business cycles AP, AR, GL
- To ensure accurate & timely compliance to tax laws, accounting Standards and Company policies.
- Assure statutory compliances for direct tax and indirect tax.
- Closure of financial statements (monthly, quarterly and annually) in a time bound manner
- Regular cash & bank account reconciliation
- To monitor cash flows and predict future trends
- Interfacing for statutory and internal audits
- Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations
