Accounts & Finalization :
- Strong Accounting knowledge
- Finalization of Accounts, group companies finalization & consolidation of accounts of listed company
- Capable of handling Statutory Audits independently
- Monthly MIS, Profit & loss accounts Stationwise / Branchwise
- Financial Modeling, Expenses Analysis & Yearly Budget preparation
Direct & Indirect Taxes :
- Monitoring Service Tax & TDS payments and Returns, Handling of Assessments of Service Tax, TDS and overview of calculations & interacting with Direct Taxes & Indirect Taxes consultants.
- Handling of Income Tax Assessments, Appeals and other income Tax matters
- Filing of Income Tax Returns of all group companies
- Management MIS as and when required
- Strategic Planning & Advising on Taxation matters
Other Skills :
- Excellent MS Power Point knowledge
- Excellent work experience in MS Word, Excel
- Microsoft Outlook
- Preferable work experience with listed company
- Recent update's of Companies Act, IND AS knowledge preferred
