We cater to various industries like automotive components, consumer goods, construction, electrical, heavy engineering, machinery and equipment, tools industry etc.  JD:-  ONLY CA QUALIFIED CANDIDATES SHOULD APPLY (batch between 2000-2010, not after 2010)  - Leads the entire function and a team of direct reports of approx 5-10 person SAC (Stand Alone Client ) Division.  - Managing the SSCs and outsourced accounting efficiently through operational team.  - Managing the Reporting, Budgets & Compliance process for the allocated clientele.  - Ensures maintenance of corporate books of accounts accurately and efficiently in accordance with corporate policy, systems and legal requirements of various clients of M+V within SAC Division.  - Manage Import and Export transactions.  - Plans, organizes and directs all financial activities and policies including the management of accounting, financial planning, fiscal procedures, cost control and investment studies and analyses.  - Managing all treasury matters including bank trade Finance Facilities and cash-flow planning.  - Developing and maintaining governance and legal compliance with the local authorities.  - Tax planning and administration.  - Supporting the team in managing Receivables and Payables  - Managing entire accounting and finance value chain for different clients.   Apply if interested to manage the accounting for clients.
