Business Planning -
- Preparing annual business plans and suggesting suitable corrective steps regularly to ensure achievement of profitability targets
- Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting & Management Implementation
- Accounting:
- Prepare and present updated and accurate audited statutory books of accounts.
- Prepare balance sheets, ledgers, financial statements and annual reports and ensure timely quarterly and annual audits.
- Prepare P/L's of Branched on regular intervals.
- Plan, manage and control the Quarterly, Half Year End and Year End reporting process.
- Fund Management
Ensure timely and correct preparation of cash and fund flow statements
ALM Reporting.
Work with treasury to manage the cash flow forecasts and cash needs of the business.
Budgeting & Forecasting
Lead the annual budget process and ensure all deadlines are met of the group.
MIS
Submit timely and insightful profitability MIS to the management (Indian as well as International).
Should act as effective interface with the internal and external auditors
- Team Management
Responsible for Trainings Team.
Create KPI's for performance and measurement purposes
