As a Manager Accounts you will be handling all accounting functions and initiatives of assigned business units, including but not limited to:

- Managing Daily Accounting

- Doing ledger scrutiny of all the accounts

- Managing Collections and Disbursals

- Working Capital Management

- Assisting in Statutory compliances

- Managing monthly Payments/Expenses

- Reconciliations of inter-company ledger accounts and balance confirmations

- Daily reconciliation between Policy Management System and Financial Accounting System

- Timely compilation of all MIS and Reporting - Management, Group Reporting and Regulatory reporting with analysis on the same

- Ensure accuracy of data for the purpose of MIS through ledger scrutiny

- Assist in implementation of accounting system modules and related modules

- Assisting in Audit

Candidate Profile:

- First attempt CA with a working experience of 2 years+

- Experience in startups highly preferred

- A deep and extensive understanding of Indian GAAP

- A deep and extensive understanding of Regulatory Reporting, Financial modelling concepts and Principles

- Should be comfortable to work in an fast paced, dynamic startup environment

- Strong team player and naturally collaborative in approach

- High analytical, conceptual and strategic competencies

- Proven leadership capabilities and organizational skills

- Should be able to join within 30 days of providing the offer letter
