Ltd. is one of the India's most trusted and Leading Manpower solutions providing company.   Our client is one of the Leading Giant in Manufacturing Industry who at present is looking out for Manager - Finance & Accounts (Corporate Finance & Plant Accounts) Professional Portfolio.  Role : The person will be responsible for handling Finance & Accounts function (Corporate as well as Plant Accounts) for the company. He will be also an authorised Company Secretary who will look after Legal & Secretarial functions of the Company.  Reporting to : Head of Finance   Job Profile :   - Coordination and Completion of the statutory audit, Tax audit, Internal audit and Transfer pricing audit of the company including group companies with due consultation of auditors.  - Closure of books of accounts, preparation of notes to accounts, cash flow statement etc.  - Closure of unit wise monthly books of account ensuring that all necessary entries are updated in ERP.  - Generation of monthly MIS and analysis of monthly books of accounts with Budget and detailed deviation report to management.  - Preparation of Net Working Capital statement on monthly basis, coordination with all stakeholders for variance with target dates with specific objective of reduction of working capital.  - Various MIS reports on monthly basis based on requirement of management.  - Maintain the Secretarial records like minute books, statutory register / records, register of members, register of director etc. Preparation of Board Resolution. Handling Company secretarial compliance and corporate governance matters under company law.  - Monthly verification of Payroll processing & MIS thereof.  - Monitoring payables and ensure that all type of payments are done on timely basis.  - Fixed Assets recording and monthly preparation of depreciation schedule.  - Preparation of Board meeting presentation on quarterly basis with proper analysis. Arranging notice and agenda with minutes of previous meeting.   - Coordination and interaction with legal authorities for pending legal cases.   Competencies :  - Knowledge of ERP.  - Knowledge of statutory audit, Tax audit, internal audit and Transfer pricing audit of the company.  - Presentation Skills.  - Taking leadership Role in driving ERP.  - Team Player.   - Flexible and Mobile (role requires frequent travelling).  - Computer literate with ability to generate reports in MS- Office.  Qualification & Experience :   - Qualified Chartered Accountant & Registered member of Company Secretary with approx 4 to 12 years of experience in handling finance & Accounts of a Manufacturing Company would be suitable for this position.  Location : Mumbai and Daman  Tejaswita Manik 9819748554
