Account Servicing & Insights
Experience: 3-5 years
Location: Bangalore and Delhi
Responsible for entire client account: end to end project planning, implementation and insight mining to aid clients in solving their Business problems
Detailed requirements regarding the role:
Aligns project deliverables to client's needs; Scopes out the entire campaign specifications with the client
Plans a roadmap for PMT + CM, BIA teams for the entire project
Ensures smooth functioning of the project basis inputs from PMT/BI teams
Sets processes in place to ensure effectiveness of campaigns
Liaisons with the BA team to ensure handover of account
Sets account specifications and expectation with the client (during time of proposal discussions)
Identifies opportunities to generate business from existing and new clients by pitching them about different services (in discn with BA team)
Specific Skill Set:
- Client Facing Role
- Leadership qualities to interact lead and manage Client Servicing SEs, interact with Data Analysts and Project execution team
- Capable of proactively identify and resolve issues
- Finds ways to ensure effectiveness of campaign and seem-less execution
Compensation:
Extremely competitive compensation that consists of a Fixed Pay and Variable pay based on performance
