- Engagement Initiative for Distributor
- Coordinate with zonal head, external trainers and other state holders to conduct regular training programs held across branch locations for distributors/channel partners.
- Monitor impact of all distributor related events & activities
- Will be responsible in executing the launch of - Reward - program aimed to enhance loyalty among distributors.
- Formulating & executing an email marketing strategy for distributors- writing content for each of them, sending it to the design team, sending the final email to compliance, incorporating any suggestions, disseminating the email to IFAs.
- Managing content updates on website
- Writing, formatting content for website
- Managing all digital updates on 3rd party websites
- Data Management
- Liaising with internal employees for updates
- Liaising with creative team for any design
