The resources are expected to focus on Digital and hence have understanding of digital marketing / mobile apps/ payment wallets / social media analytics along with exposure to FS domain. Highlight to the sourcing agency to focus on candidates have more technical awareness (e.g. understanding of social media listening/analytics tools, mobile apps, payment wallets) please which are inherent part of digital strategy design.
FS Strategy & Operations practice works with BFSI clients in areas of business strategy, new product development, market entry, digital strategy & transformation, customer experience design and business process reengineering. The consultant is expected to work with BFSI clients for their digital strategy and transformation projects.
Knowledge in following areas is desired :
- Digital Marketing
- Social Presence & Social Media Analytics
- Mobile apps and Payment wallets
- Digital Strategy/Transformation
Apart from this following responsibilities will be expected from the candidate :
- Development of Points of View on trends in the BFSI industry
- Development of Points of View on digital trends and relevance in the BFSI industry
- Solve business problems and manage client expectations independently
- Understand the business issues in detail and design optimal solutions
- Assist clients in implementation of the recommendations
- Assistance in business development efforts
