We have an urgent opening with Management consulting for Postal.  Location : Chennai  Qualification : 2 years full time MBA from top B school.  Experience : 1-5 years   JD:   Strategy Analyst or Consultant - H&PS  Level: Analyst or Junior Consultant  Entity: H&PS, Postal and General Strategy- Capability Network  Experience:  - Candidate should have 1+ years of experience working in either consulting or with clients related to products (Logistics, Retail) or Communications (Digital Media) or Government  - Experience working with 1 or 2 global clients is highly desirable  - An MBA from a Top Tier Institute in India or abroad  - Understanding in developing Point of Views, Business cases, Benchmarking studies and key performance indicators  - Experience in analyzing primary and secondary data and providing strategic recommendations  Key Competencies & Characteristics:  - Candidate will be a part of the Capability Network and work out of India  - Candidate should be comfortable working with various levels of the client organizations or Senior Accenture Leaders and interacting closely with them  - Should be self-driven  - Should possess an impressive executive demeanor, a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities  - Should possess and demonstrate high integrity and credibility as perceived by all those with whom s/he will work  - Should have strong intellect coupled with proficient commercial instincts  - Should be diplomatic, flexible, and have a good team approach
