Management Consultant - Insurance

Looking for Management consultants who has done 5+ consulting assignments in INSURANCE

- Should be able to handle Workshops/Meetings with client team with representations from CXO level to understand business problem, objectives and strategy.

- Actively contribute in business development, proposals and solutioning activities

- Should have Deep insight in INSURANCE

- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

- Should have been one point of contact with the client for consulting assignments.

- Should have experience in creating White Paper, concept notes, solution framework, marketing collaterals and offering papers for internal and external use.

- Should be able to work with BPM Consultants and Process modelers to identify opportunities of improvement in customer processes

He/She will be doing high end consulting for Insurance LOBs. Completely handling the Clients/Customers at CXO level - representing the Executing leaders of the Organization. Will be responsible in conducting workshops/Meetings/Presentation - to Understand Client Buisness Objective and Strategies. Should be able to work in an Unstructured environment and on a needy basis will also play a role in Solutioning, RFXs responding etc.

Must have in-depth understanding of back office, middle and front office structures and Functioning.

- Strong facilitation and sound leadership skills

- Negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills

- Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with business partners

- Should be willing to travel for onsite consulting assignments.
