Position Title : Management Associate (HR)  Location : Mumbai-(only Mumbai candidate)  Business : ETLI  Position reporting to : Associate Director HR   Job Purpose  The role would involve rotational stints in key HR Functions like :  - Engagement  - Learning & Development  - Performance Management  - The person would be exposed to all major HR Functions and gradually be responsible for a particular function, based on inclination and availability.  Role & Responsibilities:  - Working on various projects / Manages business requirements with the ability to prioritize during changes and conflicts   - Ability to provide and review estimates at the project level.   - Should be able to work independently and have learning curve.   - Need to execute the work through various functions team.   - Ability to take ownership of projects assigned with successful deliveries   - Contributes to develop/ refine HR programs & processes through quality improvement interventions  Education:  - MBA in HR for XLRI or TISS  - 0 - 2 years work experience  Functional Skills:  - Working knowledge of the systems and processes   - Go getter with high level of energy   - Good documentation details   - Strong Business Communication skills with the ability to influence & convince stakeholders by objectively presenting & challenging views   - Team Player with the ability to network & collaborate with diverse teams across locations  Soft skills:  - Strong oral and written communication skills   - Capability to manage multiple stakeholders
