Looking for Managed Service Delivery Cloud, PEMM, DRaaS, 10G

Educational Qualifications :

- PMP (Desirable), ITIL Certification

Candidate should be a :

- A decisive, action-oriented and results-focused professional offering 10-15 years of rich experience in IT Industry with at-least last 10 years experience in heading the Service delivery

- A Strong delivery understanding with implementation and policies analysis skills

- Must be aware of the Data Center operations, NOC, SOC, Cloud and IT infrastructure environment

- A motivated Self starter, able to quickly grasp issues and attend to details while maintaining a view of the big picture.

- A creative, resourceful and flexible, able to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethics

- Should be able to handle Multiple Site Projects & should have a problem solving approach

- Resource Recruitment and on boarding on time for new projects

- Creation of Standard operating processes (SOP)

- Annual Review Meeting with clients and Vendors

- Daily and Weekly Meeting with clients for day to day operations and performance

- Team assessment for training needs & performance appraisal

- Validating technical solution feasibility for upcoming business leads & internal requirements
