Candidate should be a :
- A decisive, action-oriented and results-focused professional offering 10-15 years of rich experience in IT Industry with at-least last 10 years experience in heading the Service delivery
- A Strong delivery understanding with implementation and policies analysis skills
- Must be aware of the Data Center operations, NOC, SOC, Cloud and IT infrastructure environment
- A motivated Self starter, able to quickly grasp issues and attend to details while maintaining a view of the big picture.
- A creative, resourceful and flexible, able to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethics
- Should be able to handle Multiple Site Projects & should have a problem solving approach
