Position- Senior Manager- Human Resources  Responsibilities:  - Lead Talent Management, Learning & Development and Employee Engagement verticals for the organization.  Learning and Development:  - Build a business focused learning and development platform for employees to increase their value proposition and enable them to innovate and grow  - Lead the Learning and development need identification and plan for the fulfillment of the same  - Responsible for entire L&D programs and drive strategic L&D activities across business functions  - Improving efficiency of the training and development programs  - To drive leadership development programs  - Identifies necessary metrics to measure value of training deliverables  - Manages external consultants and directs their efforts to support organizational needs.  Employee Engagement:  - Help promote the culture and values of the organization through Employee Engagement interventions  - Lead employee engagement activities for better retention and productivity  - Sustain culture and values   - Build and sustain a culture of Reward and Recognition in the Organization, with adequate controls in place  Talent Management:  - Devise and implement talent planning, management & development initiatives.  - Develop the overall organizational capability across all levels   - Partner with internal stakeholders and build consensus and commitment for People Development Initiatives  - Identify, evaluate and develop the Competency Framework for the organization.  - Facilitate the change initiatives in line with the organizational values and goals  - Arranges, facilitates and improves the Business Organizational Talent Review process including succession planning and ensures achievement of talent pipeline targets. (selection, retention, development and exportation)   - Ensures that Business employees follow appropriate development tracks, encouraging role- and track -specific employee development programs and supporting function specific development programs   - Aligns development initiatives with the strategic direction of the company  Desired Profile:  - Minimum 8-12 years of experience having lead Learning & Development and Talent Management functions in the past  - Proven leadership skills  - Excellent interpersonal skills  - Ability to influence and experience of working with top management  - Ability to think out of the box
