Areas of Responsibility (AOR):  - Deal screening, financial modelling and evaluation.  - Carrying out M&A financial analysis and valuation.  - Support the deal negotiation process with necessary analysis.  - Acquire in-depth understanding of the market, industry and business environment for strategic initiatives like M&A  - Strategic Support to leadership team  - Suggesting strategic and new initiatives for improving performance of business  - Identifying opportunities for business growth globally  - Track the economy, industry, competition and relevant trends and provide analysis to the business to facilitate key strategic decisions  - Prepare comprehensive market intelligence reports periodically and summary of important industry reports  - Create mechanism for Business Intelligence  - Providing and interpreting business information; monitoring, interpreting MIS and predicting future trends; researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance  Success Indicators:  - Successful completion of Strategic Projects  - Stakeholder Satisfaction  - Effective Analytics & Reporting  Functional Competencies:  - Candidates need to have strong exposure in Mergers & Acquisitions.
