Job description: Search Manager (SEO/SEM)
Manager/Deputy Manager - Marketing - Search
Location: Delhi/NCR/Gurgaon
Core Purpose Of The Job :
- Responsible for driving revenue and ROI through Search., Organic and Paid.
Areas Of Responsibility :
- Identifying and implementing strategies for increasing revenue and transactions through PPC marketing channels.
- Implementing strategies for increasing site traffic through organic search listings
- Managing Ad Campaigns on major PPC / Meta and affiliate platforms such as:
Google, Bing
Google Hotel Price Ads
- Responsible for bid optimization, portfolio selection to deliver Revenue targets and ROI on Ad spend
- Develop pricing recommendations and drive it through the Pricing team
- Find opportunities to leverage data mining techniques to drive ROI of ad spend
- Manage relationships with marketing channel and drive them for actionable insights
- Co-ordinate between Tech and Product to drive conversion improvement tactics
- Management reporting, oversee MIS reporting
- Prepare strategy and performance update presentations
Desired Skills and Experience :
- Educational Qualification: MBA/B.E degree or equivalent degree in quantitative field
Relevant Experience :
- Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics
- Knowledge and experience in PPC & SEO for at least 3 years is a must
Competencies Required :
Functional Competencies :
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Hands on and high familiarity with SQL
- High level knowledge of XML, scripting etc.
- Knowledge of powerpoint and slide building
