Currently/last worked in: Reputed e-commerce firms such as Snapdeal/Flipkart or Analytical firms such as Mu Sigma, ZS Associates
Primary responsibilities are:
- Manage platform onboarding for affiliates in coordination with internal teams.
- Establish and maintain relationships with business users and technical stakeholders.
- Facilitate requirements sessions with key business owners and technical teams to share requirements.
- Create and maintain documentation to support platform onboarding requirements and ongoing operational support.
- Manage the identification, tracking, escalation and resolution of operational, technical and data issues.
- Report on platform usage and metrics.
- Maintenance, analysis and reporting of operational metrics.
- Capture and document business requirements and perform gap analysis.
- Develop functional specifications (including reporting and data requirements) and translate into technical specifications.
Expectations :
Essential Requirements : (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
- Experience in digital analytics or marketing.
- Experience in supporting business operations for digital marketing or advertising platform.
- Exposure in working in a consultative or customer service capacity for a large, dynamic enterprise with multiple channels and digital platforms.
- Expert in one of the analytics tools Excel, SQL, R, Matlab etc.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Adobe analytics is desired.
- Ability to effective convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and convey the business value of a technical solution.
Education and Background : B.Tech/BE from a reputed institute.
Salary Range: 5 - 10 LPA
