What are we looking for :  - Create a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy  - Plan and deliver fun, unique employee events and experiences for our employees. e.g. Fun@work, Birthday Celebrations and festival celebrations at our head office & branches.  - Develop and implement an annual calendar of events and communication plan  - Work with vendors, Office of Human Resource partners and college and administrative unit Human Resource partners to design, deploy, and evaluate effective and efficient engagement surveys   - Leverage events to create and sustain dialogue around engagement  - Identify and address issues and solutions related to employee engagement  - Spread the positive vibe!  An Ideal candidate would be :  - MBA in HR with experience of 2 to 3 years in employee engagement.  - Experience interacting with all levels of management/staff and across organisational lines.  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills  - Experience presenting to different audiences verbally, in writing and in presentation formats   - Experience with event management   - Positive, flexible & creative  - Passion for people!
