Core Purpose of the Job:  - Partner closely with the Head Talent Development in developing & implementing Talent Management strategies  Areas Of Responsibility:  - Maintain a good understanding of the current internal business strategies as well as products and services; staying abreast on the latest learning trends(online, social, mobile) and solutions in the external market.  - Partner in implementing Training agendas for business units, training need identification and providing guidance on development for managers and their teams  - Analyzing training needs in conjunction with functional/departmental managers; ensure and facilitate participation in knowledge sharing session.  - Drive monthly internal coaching/mentoring program to leverage on internal knowledge pool and encouraging a culture of shared learning  - Analyse insights from organisation wide talent data and recommend and design learning products and initiatives to fill strategic talent gaps  - Drive communication, awareness and usage of in house Learning Management System through innovative learning initiatives  - Engage and Partner with strategic external learning partners, educational institutes and leadership coaches to offer best learning solution to business needs  - Partner in promoting a culture of innovation by looking for and suggesting ways to continuously improve talent process and system and drive toward a process driven learning work culture.  Desired Profile:  - MBA in HR from Tier 1 B School like XLRI  - 2-3 years experience in Talent Management  - Experience of running training agenda  - Excellent communication skills  - Good organizational and interpersonal skills, including ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic business environment  - Strong Excel Skills  - Strong analytic and problem solving skills
