As a hands-on Creative Lead, you'll play an integral part at brand positioning of MakeMyTrip.com in various online and offline channels through various banners, brochure, landing pages, microsites etc. We have a global audience, and have an incredible team that is constantly striving to deliver the best brand engagement experience on the Web.  As part of the Marketing Creative team, you’ll work closely with creative thinkers and the Marketing team to ideate high-level concepts for interactive advertisement programs that align with marketing media objectives. In addition to managing on-site and contracted resources, you will leverage your design skills by providing polished visuals to illustrate basic user-flow concepts.  You’ll be required to master Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator to create presentation-quality graphics, banners, mockups, and other visual aids. A great mind for creative ideas, along with an eye for visual design and user interaction are a must. We have a fantastic team environment, with feedback exchanged throughout the design process from people who tend to be nice, humble, genuine, and fun   Responsibilities:  - Understand creative brief objectives that can be translated into visual designs  - Prioritize and schedule various design activities of the team  - Manage staffed designers and creative freelancers  - Create new processes to streamline the production of pre-sales ad campaign visuals  - Work in a collaborative environment while innovating ideas for new web-based ad products  Requirements:  - 6+ years of professional web or interactive design experience working with corporate clients required (Digital Media Agency experience a plus)  - Experience managing creative designers and resourcing creative talent  - Photoshop expert digital imaging, able to create rapid comps that incorporate strong brand presence. Can seamlessly extract graphics from flattened images and web pages, attention to pixel-level detail  - Exceptional layout skills solid understanding of type & imagery and color composition, able to create a distinct visual hierarchy of page elements  - Understanding the capabilities of Flash-designed interfaces  - Able to juggle multiple projects  - Can identify primary and secondary objectives, prioritize time and communicate timeline to team members  - Ability to take creative direction and work independently and proactively  - BA/BS in fine arts, graphic arts or design-related field
