Job Description:  Store management: Store refers to on-site banners/ other formats used for promotions  - Preparation of yearly onsite inventory monetization and revenue generation plan with financial targets and actions  - Oversee and manage the onsite inventory on daily basis (keeping trackers updated, ensuring relevant inventory is on relevant pages etc.)  - Optimize the store inventory to maximize ROI/ strategic objectives  - Track relevant store metrics via dashboards on an on-going basis and identify ways to improve store performance  - Test and implement best targeting methods for store inventory e.g. messaging, targeting etc.  - On-going evaluation of tools & technologies used for ad-serving/ testing  - Periodic tracking and monitoring the competition and preparing benchmark on the same  - Collaborate with usability and technology team to develop a deep understanding of customers, identify opportunities and design offers to drive revenue  - Collaborate with different stakeholders across product and marketing  Cross-sell:  - Responsible for cross-sell of different LOBs with relevant LOBs  - Collaborating with LOB heads to procure inventory space for cross-sell  - Cross-sell engine specifications & working with technology team to get this implemented  Desired Profile:  - Bachelors in Engineering/IT from premiere institute. MBA preferred but not mandatory  - At least 4-5 years of experience in a business role  - Strong analytical skills needed as majority of the work will be analytics driven  - Should have working knowledge of Adobe Adhoc Analysis/ Site Cat and Adobe Test & Target. Knowledge of ad-serving tools such as DC is preferred  - Understanding of Marketing and relevant experience in online inventory and revenue management is preferred  - Past experience in an internet company or in product management roles is a an added advantage  - A high level of interest and passion for consumer internet world is a necessary criterion
