Ibibo Group - Deputy Manager - Financial Reporting (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Preparing financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts.
- Preparing financial management reports
- Managing the day to day accounting operations and internal controls including regulatory compliance and preparation of statutory accounts.
- Liaisioning with auditors and dealing with any financial irregularities as they arise
- Producing reports and recommendations following internal audits.
Desired Qualification and Skill Set :
- Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of post- qualification experience in Financial Closing/Reporting role of a Medium/Large Company
- Knowledge of IFRS/Ind-AS would be preferable
- Should have good communication both reading and writing
- Good experience and working knowledge of MS Office ( Excel and word)
- Knowledge of Schedule III reporting as per the new Companies Act.
